Synergetic Innovation Fund Management co., Ltd. (SIFMC) has a registered capital of 117.65 million RMB, registered and headquartered in Shenzhen Qianhai, with branches in Beijing, Wuhan, and Luxembourg.
SIFMC is specialized in investment management, capital markets operations, mergers and acquisitions, equity investment, incubation services, real estate investment and financing advising, financial consulting, etc.
The core team is made up of 20 professionals who have been working together for many years. Every member has more than 10 years of professional experience in risk control and investment management, and previously managed assets over 20 billion RMB.
The company has also built a long-term partnership with a team of external consultants made of the industry’s top accountants, lawyers, investment bankers, experts in cross-border M&A, insurance experts, financial advisers, real estate professionals and other industry experts.

Dr. Li was the former president of the Shenzhen Capital Group co., Ltd., he has worked for over 23years in the venture capital industry; and he was the former assistant of the Shenzhen Planning Commission director.

China’s first generation of entrepreneurs investment professor and risk control specialist.She worked at Shenzhen SIFMC for 15 years, as assistant secretary of risk control committees and committee member as well, member of investment committee, general manager of Hefei Centurial Innovation and Investment Ltd, general manager of Anhui Red Soil Entrepreneurs Investment Ltd and Anhui Red Soil Innovation and Investment Ltd, counselor of Anhui Red Soil Investment and Management Ltd.
Ms. Zhang, has eight years experience of teaching and research in university, is engaged in management of high-tech enterprise for 4 years, and does equity investment and management for 20 years, including entrepreneur investment, PE investment, merger and acquisition. She has good knowledge of law and rich experience of capital market, so she is very familiar with domestic and foreign financial capital market rules and specializes in equity investments, transaction structure design, listing of a company, acquisition and reorganization, standardized management and resource integration.

Ms. Chen has extensive experience in restructuring, merging and acquiring entire divisions of other companies with the aim of improving a company’s capital structure and future profit growth. Ms. Chen also has expertise in asset management and portfolio risk management in the following asset classes: equities, fixed-income, cash liquidity, foreign exchange, real estate and alternative investments.
